E2L compatible tailcap... with resistor'd LOW?

E-series noob help.
Is there an E2L compatible twist-tailcap that has resistors, for low mode upon light pressure?... Like the A2?

I really like this UI... I'm thinking about a malkoff VME paired with a low mode capable tailcap.

There is, er was. It's the McGizmo McE2s tailcap. The guts can be put into a Z52 rather easily, and apparently even a Z57, though I have never tried that. SF allowed the Shoppe to sell their remaining stock, but has asked that further production be ceased. :mecry: Consequently, they have become rather sought after and are rarely for sale. I have been watching for one myself for months now without success, and I have seen at least a half dozen other members post WTB for them in that time with no posted responses. If you have a LX2 you can swap the E series heads onto it since they are compatible.

I don't think the E2L switches modes based on a resistor, does it? Based on that, the configuration you are looking for wouldn't work very well.

I could be mistaken though.

I was thinking about using an e2 or e2L body and a malkoff VME head with an M60, and adding a resistor tailcap to get a resistor'd low mode.
