I was at Walmart and noticed the value pack, consisting of a crap charger and 4 Energizer AAs that look the same as all others, except have 2000 MAh on the battery. The package does not say anything about pre-charged or low discharge.

I looked for info on these but couldn't turn anything up. I found a tid-bit on an upcoming 2350 Energizer but nothing on this one. Anyone mess with these? oh, price was $13-ish for the package.

Edit: I didn't buy them, just that the 2000mAh tweaked my curiosity

Does it look something like this? http://www.walgreens.com/store/cata...=G&ec=frgl_&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=sku3066864

I have Energizer 2450's, 2300's, and some 2200's which I use mostly in remote controls and even a couple of my flashlights. They are ok for household item use but that's about it.

wish you would have asked here before buying those, I would say most people would have tried to talk you out of buying a dumb timer charger and energizer nimh cells. energizer nimh have developed a poor track record due to their lousy 2500ma AAs, of all the energizer cells I have only the 2300mah ones are worth messing with. The 2200 I got with a charger have all gone bad, the 900mah AAAs discharge way too fast and the 2500mah you can charge them one day and they are dead the next.
