(Snide) COMMENTS
  • Drop-in PR bulb replacement capable of functioning in most PR bulb sockets
  • Excellent Luxeon tint on sample unit
  • Beware of 6V lanterns with reversed polarity - use "Diamond" EverLED instead
  • Output may be disappointing in larger lights (although runtime should be greatly increased)
  • Exercise caution with plastic lights - unit needs some sort of thermal path to shed heat
  • Light pattern is similar to host's regular beam
  • Unit is a bit pricey - typically $35-$40
  • Suggested use: permanent replacement bulb for your favorite PR lights
