I heard their good.

I heard better things about Power Tac :poke:

:D

Have no experience with them. But appears to be low-quality junk. That silver charger in their kits is a strong hint - that appears to be dollar-store material. Also a "glen beck" master kit? Huhhh? Note this is just IMO.

Having had some first hand experience, do not let the outward appearance fool you. There are many lights that look like the Extremebeam lights, but they are not made the same.

In my experience they are built like tanks and designed to withstand massive recoils from being weapon mounted. (look through my reviews and you will find the XT-8 and M1000).

Rebranded and you pay wayyyy too much

If I'm remembering that correctly? Hard to tell lol

Rebranded from who?

I have to agree, that the rechargeable kits offered by Extremembeam appear to be an afterthought. As their primary market is military, generally only primary cells are used (I doubt a soldier is going to want to worry about charging batteries). So unfortunately they found something cheap that would probably not be taken up by many.

Hey subs, there was a whole EB debate post about the similarities to blank fire lights from hwa wys. I used to have a superfire wf501b, and can attest that the anodizing, knurling, internals and general fit and finish were of MUCH higher quality than the über fire brands. Too bad I lost it at college running through the rain :( I still miss it. If extreme beam still makes their lights like they did when producing the original superfire brand, then it will most definitely be of higher standard than the typical low dollar clones.
