Wow, the finish on these lights is nothing short of spectacular! Unfortunately, the skulls just ruin it for me. If any of these were made without the skulls, they would be hard to resist.

Ditto. They're gorgeous... except for the skulls. I never could understand the fad of putting skull beads on lanyards, much less directly on a light/knife/gun/etc...

Wow, I just like them all.

Wow, they look fantastic. Especially the relic and apocalyptic.

Don´t get your hopes up guys. Just save the pictures and admire them. The OP mentioned the LensLight/Starlingear collaboration is for the G3 (USN Gathering). I am pretty sure the numbers made of each are very very low and they will sell at the gathering. That´s it. Like he mentioned: UNOBTAINIUM for those who don´t attend G3.

Stepping. All. Over. My. Hopes.

:sigh:

I love the look of the lights pictured. I went to the website and did not see the brass finishes. Does anyone know if they still make the lights pictured?

The lights pictured are custom collaborations with a company called Starlingear. They make jewelry and knife beads and whatnot. The "skulls" are probably made of silver. As with all things custom these will probably be very limited, like I said "UNOBTANIUM"! I'm not sure if LensLight will offer lights in copper but if they do they will wait until after G3 to do so. FYI G3 is an upcoming knife show for the USN, it's members and knifemakers. These guys do offer the mini in Ti currently and I do get the feeling that from the custom lights pictured that there will be regular production units available, just not with the Starlingear bling or unique finishes? Anyway someone mentioned that the Ti version of the mini was too expensive. I know right now I can't afford it but a light with this kind of build quality made and engineered right here in good 'ol USA is an absolute bargain at $325!

Some of these lights are up for sal at True North Knives.

wait till you see the prices

Those are beautiful! Thanks for posting those pics JWRitchie76.

At $1200 to $1500 [at True North Knives] I probably won't be able to follow the normal CPF rule and get both. The only light below $1200 [at $295] is out of stock, just my luck.

I've wanted a Lens Light for awhile now, but just didn't buy. But after seeing these and going to their website a half dozen more times, tonight I pulled the trigger on a Mini. I wanted a Ti really bad but figured I would get my feet wet with the Aluminum one, and if I really like it, and it performs well, I'll save my pennies and get a Ti later. The aluminum ones are made of 7075 anyway, and HAIII finish, so I'm thinking it should still last well enough. Anyway, can't wait till it gets here! I'll post a few pics, and my thoughts about it after I play with it a bit. :naughty:
