favorite AA light?

Fenix L1D Q5 is still the top for me. I bought into the Jetbeam hype and am very dissapointed. I was expecting 225 lms as rated. Not even close. With Li-ion my L1D "looks" much brighter. The only fault I have with the L1D is the loss of lower levels of brightness when using Li-ion. I do like the UI on the JB better than the Fenix. The runtime on the JB needs alot of work. The perfect light for me would be JB reflector, UI, and body combined with Fenix runtime and actual brightness.

L1T v2.0 or L1D on your person.
For a BOB the 2AA version L2T v2.0 or the L2D.
Don't forget spare batteries! 1.5V lithiums preferred. Alkalines will leak if left in a light that is normally unused.

Favorite in my pocket is the Proton Pro. On the shelf it's an old Arc AA.

Proton Pro is a great light and would get my vote if it was just 20 lumens brighter. So my vote is my NDI.

That's actually one of the only 1xAA lights I still own. I usually gift my AA lights.
