Fenix E0 Woes

I pulled my keychain from my pocket to use my trusty E0.

It was dead, not even a glow.

I figured that the head might have become rotated to the on position while in my pocket and drained the battery. Once back home, I swapped out the battery. Still nothing. Swapped for yet another know good battery. Still nothing.

Any idea what the failure mode is on these? :thinking:

damn,... you still got warranty ?.
