It's not a thrower but is better balanced than I expected looking at the specs.

... The stock sst-20 is actually pretty nice but clearly a low cri towards the cool end. Seems a 4000k 95cri replacement is just begging to be reflowed.

So this E20 V2.0 IS NOT eqipped with the 95 CRI version of the SST-20 ?

Mine definitely is not. Such a near miss for fenix!

That is so disappointing.

It already can't tailstand (apparently because of an oversized tailswitch button), the durability doesn't look as good as the replaced models (go to 09:20 to see cracked lens on 3 foot drop of E12 V2.0), now I find out that, in these high CRI demanding times, Fenix chooses the LOW CRI option.

Doesn't look so tempting after all.
