Fenix LD20 issues

Hello everyone, I have a Fenix LD20 that I bought almost a year ago. The light was my EDC light until Christmas when I bought a new light. Earlier tonight I was switching to turbo mode on the Fenix and it wouldn't change back, I've had this problem before, so i just cleaned the contacts like had in the past. Now the light changes modes but it will only do so when the head is loose enough to see the o-ring and it not not go into turbo. I was just wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem.
