Fenix T-1 upgrade

Hello!
Just bought one of these and it's hell-for-stout, so occurred
to me this might be a great host for led upgrade with 18650.
Any suggestions?

The tube is too tight for 18650, you will have to bore it out.
The driver is a buck, and built for 2x cr123 or rcr123, you may not get the full current through the emitter.
