Finally got one and was very very pleased.

My tail cap might just be that one that doesn't work but it might be a common problem no one has talked about.

When I click it constant on, it wont turn off most of the time. I have to gently press the tailcap a couple of times to get it off.

I took it apart but couldn't see anything that could cause this so I've decided to go ahead and get another tailcap.

Then I got to thinking, I wonder if another tailcap would fit it from another light?

Someone that has a proven record of being reliable.

Just curious if anyone has tried to lego this light.

It makes a very loud whine too so I'm going to order another one from Fenix-Store to try to quell this problem.

I guess the point of this is to see if this is a common problem before I invest.. err 5 dollars.

Have you checked the retaining ring for tightness? Sometimes a quick disassemble and reassemble is all it takes to re-seat things.

Otherwise you can get a replacement switch shipped for free.

I took it apart last night to look around but I will again and check the ring.

Nothing has worked.

I've just decided to order a new switch from Fenix-Store but I'm not sure if it will work with the TK11.

Here is the website.

It says it won't work with the T1 and TK10 series but that would mean it wont work with the TK11.

So do I have to special order it from a dealer?

EDIT**

Nevermind, I found what I think is the same thing on lighthounds website and it says it's for the TK11 so I'm just going to go ahead and order it.

I found another thread where someone had the same problem so I'm going to chalk it up as a dud.

Why are you ordering one? It's covered under warranty. Just contact your dealer and they'll send you another.

Conductor whine and faulty switch.

I was already ordering a red diffuser and for 4 bucks extra I would rather save the hassle of bothering them.
