Fenix TK11 - R5 Glue Problem

So I just bought this TK11-R5 maybe 5-6 months ago and I baby it as I think it's such a classic and compact design. It hasn't been dropped once even with being carried and used on miles and miles of walking. I do use it all the time in it's low/high modes by turning the head when I go for night walks.

I went to put it in low mode by twisting the head to the right and this happened. For those of you not familiar with the "older" TK11 design the aluminum base with the led on it is supposed to stay attached to the bezel with the reflector as one sealed piece. I guess the head being permanently glued isn't the case :) My question to any of you is what glue should I use and how much to permanantely re-lock the aluminum piece that holds the xp-g R5 emitter and drivers to the bezel threads. I have blue loc-tite but that's supposedly the less permanent one. Should I use a few drops of the more permanent loc-tite glues? Obviously whatever Fenix used bit the dust with only a few hundred turns of the head to change modes. I tried to wipe out as much of the crusty blue glue from the bare aluminum as possible. I really hope the reflector isn't loose too now.

So... I went out and bought some red high strength Loctite, the kind you have to use heat and high torque tools to remove, and I think I may have made my TK11 a turbo-only light lol. I'm going to let it cure until tomorrow, but it may have run past the bare aluminum onto the body of the light and now everything is connected. I tried just using a few drops, but I hear the red loc-tite is ridiculously strong.

I'm actually kind of okay with this though. I'm going to apply moderate pressure to see if I can get it apart and back to using both modes, but I kind of wanted a "tactical-style" single mode TK11 in the first place. My dream iteration of the TK11 in the future would be the TK11 size light with a head/body made from a single piece of aluminum like the TK15 and using an xp-g2 or whatever the latest in that emitter format will be months down the road. Make it a more neutral tint while you're at it :)

Moral of my story: No flashlight head is permanently sealed, apparently, and Red Loctite is serious $^!t.
