I lost my Stinger HP XT over the weekend. Went over to the Gunshop to BS with a friend of mine who works there and I left it on his desk. His desk is in the open in a high traffic area, a lot of customers strolling by. Now, I only have the Quick Charger, Piggy Back Charger and one Battery Stick to show as a reminder on what I used to have... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mecry.gif

Well that just sucks. Unfortunately it shows that there are thieves and those devoid of honor wherever we may walk. What a shame.

I feel your pain Dukester but, fortunately for me, to a far lesser degree.

I loaned my daughter my Inova Microlight for the Girlscouts overnight lockin at the YMCA. She left it on her sleeping bag and walked away for a few minutes...poof, it disappeared. Other girls had money stolen, so compared to you and the other girls, my loss was micro.

For what it's worth, whoever took it might not know what they've got and use it until it dies. Without a charger, they've got a dead light, and alkalines won't work in it that I know of. If they get a charger, they're spending money to play with their stolen flashlight which kind of defeats the whole point of stealing: not to spend any money.

I know the feeling... When my car was broken into and my Tigerlight was stolen, I was bummed out for a few months afterward. I had my charger and a spare battery at home, but lost what was at that time my brightest flashlight.
My condolences to you.
