Im not sure if I should go with the E2E with the Hard Andonized or the Satin Finish nad buy accessories? Is it worth the extra cash or will the Satin Finish work good for me?

I recommend the HA. The KL1 and KL4 come in HA and if you ever want to change or replace switches, it will be much easier to match HA.

What are you going to use it for? If you need a tougher finish, then HA fits the bill nicely.

Like what the others suggested above. I think the "satin" finish is the first generation called the SF.E2 whereupon the "clip" is a "bolt-on" version. The current SureFire E2e has a removable clip. Unless of course, SureFire is offering the satin finish as they are with the Gunmetal on the SureFire 6Ps.

Just EDC, camping, maybe hunting probably no keys touching it but maybe one day

definately get hard anodized finish. unless you're one of those winelight freaks... :D

I went for the HA i cheap out on everything so i figured that this will last me longer and is better in the long run

Since you're using it outdoors and for hunting, I'd go HA. Hoghead has an excellent point about matching accessories.
