So far, I've managed to get the head partially completed. My current issue is threading. I do not have the proper sized thread bits to thread the head.

The head is partially attached with tape and will be enclosed once I know how to thread a bezel ring onto the top with a 19.8mm UCL. Yes, the lens I purchased are actually 19.8mm, not 20mm like they said. I bored the head for 20mm and it slipped around :(

carclo 20mm optic (Clear, Narrow)
Cree XM-L T-5 @ 14mm board
Shiningbeam 2.8a driver (3-mode)
Aluminum heat-sink
6061 Aluminum that came in at 1-1/4"x24"
