First light mod: Ziplight 5mm LED - Sucess!

So I completed my first mod last night of a Ziplight. I took a coin cell 5mm LED light and scavenged the LED and batteries for my project, it took about 3 hours of me fighting with wiring (and 30 min before I gave up on my soldering iron... it's done for) but I finished! It gives out a good amount of light and gives me an excuse to carry a Zippo around. I'll have some better pictures up tonight but for now cell phone pics will do.

Looks pretty neat! I found a zippo years ago. I don't smoke or have the need for a lighter so it is just collecting dust.

Maybe I'll get some tools out after work today... I have a few XM-Ls laying around :)

It's actually a Zippo "Ziplight" which had some weird sized cells (almost AAAA but not) and a minimag bulb, I just swapped in an LED. If you do an XM-L mod please post up some pictures, that just sounds awesome!
