I just wanted to post and say how much Oveready kicks butt. I bought a TorchLAB H3C H/M/LTriple XPG V4 over the summer and haven't had anything to put it in til now.....until I got a Moddoo host for Christmas, that is! Trit slotted SS bezel ring, Ronac smoothie bezel, Moddoolar/P60 interface, diamondback TL34, diamondback tailcap with McClicky hardpress, and Moddoo Delrin tail shroud with clip. I also got set up with rechargeables, and I'm running it on a single IMR 18350.

I'm so impressed with this light. It doesn't throw great, but at 100 feet it puts out about a 50 foot wide wall of light. For urban environments, it's perfect. It's painfully bright on high, medium isn't that much of a step down, you can still do most work with it, and the low is fantastic...low enough to not hurt your night vision, but bright enough to light up lots, and with no glaring hot spot, you get a very wide area of illumination.

I was comparing this recently against a couple of lights with XML U3 emitters and turbo heads, running off 1 and 2 18650 cells. They were JUST edging out my OR set up, and these are lights that are twice to four times the size! They beat it in throw, but not in brightness, and it's not even at full brightness!

I am blown away by the quality of my Oveready products. The construction, machining, and finishing are of the absolute highest quality. ~1000 true lumens out of a package this size is crazy, and in a package that I'm confident you could run over in a truck and have it come out unfazed!

Buy with confidence from Oveready. Their service is top notch, and their products are stellar. They will be receiving A LOT of business from me in the future.

I think that the 'Medium' is very underrated for overall usability with these. My first OR regulated triple was a V3.0 with the '20%' medium setting. I didn't think all that highly of the 20%, but the V3.1's (& later versions) went to a '30%' Medium and it made all the difference with regards to a very usable compromise between max output and max runtime.

That is a beautiful 1st for sure.

I also got my first this week with a local pickup of all things?
I found an E2E Tri-Copper here in town and also must say I am just blown away with it.
The combination of clean mods and sheer volume of light this tiny thing throws out is CRAZY!

I love the form and size and machining of the E series lights already but this unit takes the level of performance straight off the charts in every way.

I actually can not believe the amount of design and work that had to go into creating this thing and it is so unassuming that it freaks me out a little.

Brute output from a small light has never been my thing really but everyone should have at least one that overachieves like this one.

This may be my first Oveready but....
I have a feeling it will not be my last.

Of course if my Peak with the 219 from here also counts then this is my second?

You're impressed with the H3c running off of one Li ion cell. Imagine running off of two cells for max output. The difference is pretty dramatic. :)

Thanks for reminding me that I have one of those bezel rings in my parts drawer! I bought it when they first came out and haven't touched it since. This will probably push me over the edge to finally order some trits.

Nice looking light BTW.

Thanks, folks. bRIBEGuy, here's some more pics...

Sorry about the pic quality. The host downgraded the quality of the pics, and lost some detail of the beamshots...it's a bit harder to tell how much glaringly brighter and bigger the hotspot of the OR drop in is over the XML on the right.
