Fixed blade for horizontal belt carry

Just wondering if anybody here has any insight on some good fixed blade knives that I can carry horizontally on my belt. Im almost strictly on a Kershaw diet since I got my first one a few year back but am willing to stray from that since this seems to be a fairly limited market...
Edit: Cant cost more than $200 and would be nice if it were under $120ish

You may want to check out the Benchmade Nimravus Cub. They are great knives.

Ive actually stumbled on the Nimravus (dont know about the cub part) but all the Ebay specials are serated Tanto's and I would prefer a regular blade. But they have a new serated tanto with kydex sheath for like $130ish shipped. Im gonna have to check out the TOPS tho!

I myself have a fairly old Nimravus, bought when they first came out. But I do not carry it horizontally, I carry it vertically on my left side for reverse draw. Nice knife. The Cub is just a smaller version of the same knife.
I do not like horizontal carry, especially of fixed blades. Because of the length, they do not conform to your bodies contours very well at all.
But to each their own. Whatever winds your clock.

I understand what your saying. I looked at the Cub earlier today but decided I think I still like the full size and im hoping that since im a pretty big guy (6'4 230-250) I should be able to carry it comfortorably but if not I guess ill have to invest in a second in the smaller "cub" size for daily carry and just keep the bigger blade for hunting camping etc.

Newgraham.com has the Nimravus in plain edge non-tanto, they even have the D2 version (I'd prefer D2 over 154cm in a fixed blade).

Mine is pretty old, not sure what year i bought it now. For the longest time it sat in a storage case. But recently I have become interested in a EDC fixed blade knife along with a folder, instead of two folders. My full size Nimravus has blade steel of ATS-34, which is pretty much the same as 154CM. It has the old kydex sheath and is quite comfortable worn vertically on my left side, opposite my Kimber .45.
If you can get one that is not a tanto, go for it. I guess I must be out-of-touch, I was not aware they made a tanto Nimravus.:shakehead
