Fixing KD led dropin

I got a KD led drop-in
and id like to know how i can fix it that it cant pop out anymore
i know there was i thread around but i cant find it

What i did is put a thin piece of paper on the side so that when i push it down it gets wedged between the drop-in and the light.
Getting it out requires a pair of pliers though.

Aluminum foil functions much better than paper for this because foil transers heat.

Oh, thanks i will try that. The only other solution i know of is a retaining ring.
