flash only website?

had a lot of problems with flash so it is no longer welcome on my systen.
dont you have a skip intro on the shoppe?

There is a skip intro link, but in the flash intro itself /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Hmmm... I think I will change the code for Wayne.

There will be a small link for skip the intro in the HTML part of the intro....

If you use Mozilla Firebird, get the "flash click to view" extension here:

http://ted.mielczarek.org/code/mozilla/

It inserts placeholders in pages for flash animations, you can then click the placeholder to manually start the animation if you want. It's changed my life. IMO, that and tabbed browsing are enough to make the switch to Firebird more than worth the trouble.

Hmmmmm ... Three things, I guess;

1) I've actually not had serious problems with any Flash page for over a year - they work fine with the equipment and software I'm currently running, though often not as intended by the producer of the page.

2) Having a bailout choice or alternate entry point for those not willing to put up with a proprietary software page is not just a good idea, but a necessity for a commercial site (unless they are selling Flash ... ).

3) Excellent splash screen, guys! Very nicely done Flash and excellent graphics! I had to run it three times to make sure I didn't miss any details. Well done. *applause*
