Flashlight book/magazine

I noticed that my brother, who is more in-to knives, has a magazine that shows from the better manufacturers, which knives there are produced in 2012.
Am wondering, it's there also some sort of magazine that shows which flashlights there are made in that year?

Off topic but i do enjoy the little book that comes from Heinnie with my orders,full of lights-pens-knives-bags etc etc all in color,can read it for hours in the loo.:huh:

The only one that comes to mind is the periodical that Surefire and Guns and Ammo put out together in a collaboration from time to time, called Combat Tactics Magazine. You can find it at many bookstore magazine racks. It focuses on Surefires, of course, but it is an excellent magazine with many articles related to lights, weapons, tactlcs. I seem to recall one of the contributors is Massad Ayoob, a great guy and endlessly knowledgeable in combat weapons and tactics. You'll know the magazine by the Surefire lights featured prominently on the cover.:)

Dont know if this could also help but its very interesting. There is a magazine more like a newsletter called Police & Security News here is the link http://policeandsecuritynews.com/. Call and see if you can subscribe, it's some good reading large print magazine. Last time I checked it was free I guess if you work in Public Safety. Massad Ayoob is also a contributor in this magazine too. Its not a flashlight magazine but there is a lot of good articles and reviews on gadgets.
