Flashlight colored filters and night vision

My EagleTac T20C2 came with colored filters, which are very cool.

Out of red, blue, and green, which is the best color to provide a small amount of illumination for walking at night, but still preserve as much night-adapted vision as possible?

Many opt for red but I prefer green,there was a similar thread last week with many thoughts on the subject.
