flashlight/skeletool combo sheath?

Is there a good combo sheath capable of holding, comfortably & securely, a small (AAA or AA sized) flashlight and the Leatherman Skeletool.

Anybody actually have one and use it with the Serac S2 and Skeletool?

Although I don't actually carry it in this manner, I have fitted a Skeletool into a Leatherman Wave sheath, along with the bit kit and a Fenix E01 or Fenix L0D light.
