Another month another thread..

This month is still young, and i am still trying to cut down my spending.. Needs are supposedly filled at the moment, the Want persists.

..so my current number is ZeRo, NiL, NoNe!

oh okay, i confess, i did buy a raffle ticket to win a blue led fauxton.. every ticket wins and options were fauxton or straw..(main prize was a blu-ray player) so i spend an euro for good cause.. and the seller was pretty blonde.

I ordered and received an MG L-Mini II Q5 with turbo head, a gray Romisen RC-G2 Q5 and RC-N3 Q5 so far this month. All from ShiningBeam. I really like the MG, but I wish it had:
1. Better threads (like AKOray's square ones)
2. A protuding textured GITD tailcap
3. An easily removable pill
4. Knurling on the head(s) and
5. Better QC.
6. It needs another 1 or 2 mm of battery tube length too.
I am using one of the unprotected cells that came with my SolarForce L2s. I hope the MG is safe to use with unprotected cells. That is one of the reasons why I bought it. None of my UF and Tr protected cells seem to fit right.

But June is not over yet. I could still be seduced by an 18650 Quark, any new AKOray, a surprise from SolarForce or anything with an R2+?. I have to order some self-control, too. I seem to be out!

2 Romisen N3s 1 of each color so I can mix & match (black body, gray head, etc)

Do extra ITP bodies (to go with the head I already have) count?

A zoom from DX just came Friday, but I guess I should count that for May since it was ordered then...

I havent bought anything yet, but when I get back from China, Im ordering a RC-N3 or a TK20...or both. I've heard that the RC-N3 was an unbeatable light for the price, and I have a RCR123 unused. If the Quark comes in the warm tint tactical version, I'll buy that instead of the TK20.

Im also looking at making a MC-E M@g this month.
