Hi,

My first threat and since English isn't my first language, I may have missed some info that is somewhere in this forum.

Nakamoomin's troubleshooting guide was very enlighting, but my light seems to have another problem.

Recently I bought a budget light (ebay, 1600 lumen (...mmmm) ultrafire x11, cree xm-l t6, 2x18650).
But it flickers. First at a very high frequency (say 50Hz) an later at a low rate like 5 Hz.
I powered it with a driver I had somewhere (580-600mA Constant Current Regulated 1x3W LED Driver
580-600mA Constant Current Regulated 1x3W LED Driver) and didn't flicker anymore.

Does any body has an idea what may be the problem and what my be the solution?

First off, :welcome:

Secondly, your English is better than a lot of people who speaks it as their first language.

To answer your question, If it flickers with the normal driver, and doesn't flicker with your new driver, I think you answered your own question. I would be careful about buying cheap ebay lights (there is a difference between a budget light, and a junk light). The reason I say that is it's nowhere NEAR 1600 lumens. Did you notice a brightness falloff when using your new driver? If not, your light isn't pushing 1600 lumens, it's pushing closer to 240 basing this off of Cree's Datasheet.
