I have no experience with this company, found them via Google.
Note these bulbs are huge.
42W replaces 150w,
45w replaces 150w,
55w replaces 190w,
65w replaces 225w
 
You might consider converting it to run twin Circline bulbs. This would get you the light of a 175 watt incan and use about 60 watts.
 
I don't get what the problem is. Pretty much any 23watt warm-white CFL will work fine in those. You don't want to go much bigger because they'll stick over the top and look dorky.
 
To get enough light via ceiling bounce torchieres used to come with 200W xenon bulbs.
A single '100W equivalent' 23W CFL is not bright enough for large rooms.

Buying a second lamp so you have 2*'100W equivalent' 23W CFL might be better than going through hoops getting a huge 50W+ CFL.

Bright enough for you?

The problem here is finding a 'pancake' style CFL in warm white because they are desireably shorter than standard CFLs. The above one is over 8" tall which might stick over the top of the lamp.

Also, while this is a bit of marketing semantics, 'Xenon' is being increasingly interchanged with 'Halogen' because it sounds cooler when it's still technically Halogen with trace Xenon in it. You might find a Xenon lamp in an Imax projector, but not in a torche' room lamp.
 
I use a 100W metal halide bulb: 450W incandescent replacement. Size is not an issue. As a matter of fact it's slightly smaller than a typical bulb. The ballast sits outside at the base of the floor lamp. It costs a little more ($30 for a used ballast, $10 for a bulb on the bay), but it lasts 3 times longer, is available in greater powers, and the ballast doesn't need to be thrown away when just the bulb burns out.
 
Crap I bought two different ones local and none would fit in the lamp, the socket is too far down into the lamp to work.
