Can someone take a moment to explain what this does and how one can use it for mods ?

Or maybe point me to a thread that has this info..

Appreciate it....

Go to the Custom and Modified lights forums...both reg, and the B/S/T forums.

Here are 2 sales threads - in each you'll find links to all of the info on the driver. If you want one you only have a matter of days to get one...so be quick.

Not seen this?
Just some lines below?

in short: its a driver circuit especially for driving a high power led with a single Li-Ion cell (or 3 or 4 NiHms also)
it features 2 user setable brightness levels + a full output (which is very roughly to set by Goldserve via the hardware soldered onto at 1.2 A, 1 A and something around 750 mA).
You can also change how quick the flash mode flashes,
and can select 5 output modes (very easy low-med-high to fancier modes)
lower modes are made by very quick PWM

as to having it work: see the "firmware". When turning on and then off under 1 sec, the next time it gets power, it changes to the next "level".

simply the most versatile and best circuit for single Li-Ion by now.

So what happens if you have a 1000mA regulator before the flupic? Will the flupic handle 1000mA into it? Will the MAX setting automatically be the full 1000mA?
