Flying out with Eagletec Protected 18650's

Will the X-Ray's from the Security Screening Process harm the Batt's as my carry on bag is scrutinized, thanks...

You shouldn't have any problems, I passed security screenings many times with 18650 batteries in my bag (they were installed in flashlights though) and there weren't any problems.
Just think of it, your laptop battery has few 18650's inside it (3 to 9, depending on size of your laptop) - and laptops don't get hurt by security screening.

Last year I fly to panama with two 18650 based flashlights in my hand pack, no problema...
