Focusing optics for LED light

I've made similar posts about this, but I have another question to add: Would it be possible to have slip on optics that would give you a tighter beam or more spill depending on what you wanted. Something similar to a filter like the SF F03 Infrared Filter. web page

More spill should be possible, I think. The SF F04 Diffusion Filter (a.k.a. Beamshaper) is listed as an accessory for the E1L and E2L, according to the SF 2005 catalog.

A 1/2 ball lens will do this. If you want a quick and easy test with a light you have, just go to Tap Plastic and they sell various sizes.

I think the Shoppe also sells some.
