Do you think you could take a flashlight such as a legend lx or pt surge and install a 10+ watt xenon bulb and add one of your boosters to get the juice needed to run it? I am looking for someone that could turn something really small into something super bright even if it doesn't last that long

For the Legend LX you can install a Surefire P61 lamp assembly and have it run at 10 watts. I think that's pretty much the maximum 2 123 cells can take. It will run for 20 minutes.

anyone know where I can get that 'assembly' for relativly low price? What is involved in it? Will it affect it's appearance now? Different head? ......
 
yclo, it is impossible to change the reflector on this to the one they give you with the p61...is it just the bulb that can be replaced? From what I see at that website it doesn't look like is going to fit anywhere on this light
