New 3C Maglite host, KIU high temp socket, FM mop reflector, glass lens,
brand new in the box spare 64610 and 3 KD Li-ion C cells.
This bulb is rated at 1600Lumens @ 12 Volts. 64610 info (Thanks to LuxLuthor )
The bulb is only running at it's rated voltage, so it should have a very long life, 50 hours.
Now added 2 X WA 1185 New never used
So by changing the Globe you can turn this setup into a Mag85

A huge flood of light with plenty of throw.
I haven't test run time but it should be 1/2 hour+

What sort of charger would be needed to charge the Li-ion C cells.
Could you supply one with the light and i pay the difference?

Bob here look here, C & D Charger (4.2V
1 cell at a time but it's cheap.
I used to use my WF139 with a few magnets (which I can supply) you can charge one cell at a time. I can include the WF139 for an extra $10.

I've just remembered I do have a charger that will charge all three batteries in series that I'll include for A$10.

If you consider the way Australians speak Australia sounds like Ozstraya hence the abbreviation "Oz". Although the really broad sounding Aussie accent is fading out.

How does 3.6 * 3 = 12V? Looks more like 10.8 to me.

3.7v Li-Ion cells have a full charge voltage of around 4.2v when pulled right off the charger. So, 4.2v x 3 = 12.6v

No the batteries are unprotected.
This is less than the cost of parts, I'm just trying to recover costs to spend on other projects, I'm almost at the stage of using the bits for other projects and withdrawing the sale.
