This is a great A2 upgrade offering. I hope you are able to find one.
Keep an eye on the CPFMP BST thread as they do pop-up from time to time.
It took me a few months of searching to get one, but I was very happy when I finally did.

Thanks, I will keep searching! I had one in a nice four flats A2 a couple of years ago, and was stupid enough to let it go to fund another purchase... Ah well, I consider it a lesson learned
