Fraen LP & colored high domes?

Does anyone know how well the Fraen LP optics handle colored high domes (specifically blue and amber)? I'm curious whether or not the colors will be even throughout the beam...

aren't the freans said to "mix" the beam for more even color dispersian?
well if this is true, one would think it would help iron out the grill pattern.
