I've made 3 purchases from them thus far and the 2 I placed via the web was shipped very quickly. I placed 1 order via phone and it took them a while to process it and finally ship it after daily reminders from me, so I'd suggest using their website for orders.
I've read on the net that some have had poor customer service from Botach, but I haven't had any issues aside from the slow processing of my one order. I've had more issues with another CPF vendor that I haven't read any poor reviews on.
I purchased both Scorpion Xenons and LEDs from Botach. Great lights. I definitely like the LED...great output and throw, but a bluish tint which in my real world usage has not affected anything (looks white on anything but a white wall).
