Gatlight and airport security

Anyone have any stories?

In the x-ray it would HAVE to look like something they would suspect! I mean it looks like a tiny gatlin gun!

I'd pull it out before it went under the detector and show it to the security guys, maybe open it and show there's a battery inside and not explosive.

id be more worried that it looks like a bundle of rods around a pipe bomb or something,than i would about it looking like a small gun...
Just take it out and turn it on in front of everyone, nothing looks as harmless as a light...

No problems for me. I went thru security to and from my destination just fine with a Gatlight Tuxedo. I was carrying it with me, so in the security line I just put it in my carry on bag. (I had 3 other flashlights, spare batteries, other electronic devices etc all in the bag too.) No problems or "sir we're going to have to check your bag."
