Gifted my First Light on Christmas

Had a great Christmas and hope everyone else did as well. Sitting around opening gifts the need for a torch came up to look at some small writing. Not sure why but that morning I loaded up with one of those ChinaFires from DX. I think it's UltraFire for 19 bucks. Fairly bright so it did the job and got the attention of brother in law with a "WOW that is bright can I see that". Come to find out he's a process server and carries a 4D Mag to look inside windows at night and other uses and he said he hated the big size of the mag. I told him Merry Christmas and told him to keep the light as I knew I had total 20 bucks invested.

Maybe I didn't enlist a new flashaholic but it sure was fun making his day!

Now I get to replace it and have since picked up some other lesser expensive model to enlighten the masses!

Good for you Bob. It is fun helping our friends to see the light, and it's cool that you were able to simply give him that torch, as you already knew he liked it. Neat!
