GITD switch cover for Fenix PxD?

I'm bored, and I like the way the Lumapower flashlights have GITD switch covers, but I don't want to buy a whole extra flashlight I don't need, especially a plain old boring one as opposed to an expensive custom-made one. Are there any GITD switch covers, whether made specifically for Fenixes or not, that will fit a P2D/P3D or their newer replacements?

Do you know which sku will fit a Fenix? My L2D has a smaller boot than most lights.

Ah, DealExtreme. Yeah, I looked there, they all list 14mm size, but the Fenix switch covers have an 11mm button width and a 16mm surround width. None of the items on DX say whether the 14mm size is for the button or the surround.
