Glow ring photo

I couldn't locate a specific thread for these guys but here they are. Thanks be to my friend Kyle for sending these out to me. I've always wanted to photograph these and other low-glow type illuminators.

Here's some pictures of the ice blue and yellow glowrings.

I can't compete with the quality of shelby's but you get the idea

For anyone who hasn't seen a glowring first hand, the last picture is about a close as I could get to the actual brightness in total darkness.

Wow great pics from both you guys. I had to move my keys out of the room last night because the Green glow ring was distracting while trying to go to sleep. I have the top style like AluminiumOvercast. I like the ones Xray has better though. Where can I find those.

Mine are about three years old and to my knowledge are no longer made. they have been replaced with the ones posted by AluminiumOvercast above.

Mine suck:

...but I suppose it`s not bad for a mid-80s-vintage near broadcast quality video camera! They do get about as close as I see them in reality though(my night-vision sucks, too many years staring at bright lights

), except for the fuzziness of course.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">I happen to have two or three of the same style that xray has that are available. They are 2 years old and still glow nicely.
