GO/NO GO Min Batt Voltage?

So I have this pile of AA and AAA batts in the kitchen drawer and I want to check the voltage with my meter to see who stays and who goes.

What is the minimum voltage that I should see in order to keep the battery?

I'd say that >1.4V and you should keep them.
