going from cold temps to hot

Does going from cold temps (32-36 degrees) to hot (Texas) have a negative effect on rcr's? I will sometimes spend time in a cooler and when i come out my SS Olight I1 will have condensation. Will this effect the light or battery? I use AW rcr 123's.

both, mostly on the outside but i noticed a little on the battery and inside the tube
