Got my MiniLite from Lambda...........OMG!!!!!

This thing is AWESOME!!!! I love it! Simply puts my BB400 to shame, well of course it does, it's being run at 500ma and is using a much better luxeon. At first I thought the beam was purplish but it was just the sunlight and shining it on the bluish-gray interior of my Tacoma that threw me off. Now that it's night, it's apparent how close to white this thing is. The best way to describe it is to tell you to look at the HID's on an Acura(slightly violet looking head-on but VERY white output on a surface). Kevin did a fantastic job on this light as the lathe cutout in the reflector is near perfect and the emitter fits nice and snug in it. And yes the light does have some pretty darn good throw. Just from the little I've used it tonight, I would say it could easily cast it's very usable center hotspot at least 50 yds. in dark conditions. Im beginning to like luxeon flashlights without optics more and more(just using a reflector).

Oh forgot to mention something about this light. the switch on this thing has got to be the smoothest i have ever experienced! well, some people might consider this a bad thing because they like to be able to hear the light click on. but on this light you have to really listen and almost put up to your ear to hear it click. personally i think it is very sleek and appropriate for light of it's stature.

got a chance to play with mine as well and really like the wide spill on it (know that isn't politically correct here on CPF aka Throw Central) which makes it maybe my most useful 1W in this form factor ...

echoing 4x4, the switch is really nice and quiet (like a RAM or the Dorcy Spyder, maybe quieter)--for a small "fingertip" light especially, I think it's nice to have a switch that you can actuate with your index finger (Kroll?-don't thinks so)
