Anyone know of a green laser retailing under $100 that uses either AAA, AA, or CR123A cells?

And another question, if I should choose to get a 15mW Wicked Laser, are goggles a necessity?

The guy from Atlasnova is really nice, he has some good deals, I also recommend him..

yeah, atlasnova is great too, just contact him and you can get a good deal... and the "CPF Special" is great too.

You might also look at the Novophone Green Laser Pointer. It uses a single CR123A cell; and is the first laser pointer I've encountered that uses that battery type.

P.S.
For lasers of CDRH Class IIIb (5mW to 499mW), safety goggles are highly recommended; though not absolutely necessary.
Just avoid shooting it at any specular (reflective) surface, such as mirrors, windows, CRT boob tubes, silverware, glassware, etc.
