Green LED

Does anyone know what the best Green LED would be? I've looked into the Ultrafire 900, but I am having trouble locating one with the Green Cree Q5. On another note, could I buy the Ultrafire 900 and change out the LED or is this process complicated?

Welcome to CPF, enjoy the forum. I looked at Nailbender's sales thread in Homebuilt and Modified forum. He carries Cree XP-E, XR-E, and Luminus SST90 emitters in green. However, he only sells P60 drop-ins so you'll have to look at the larger electronics suppliers to find just the emitters for sale.

There was a Surefire L1 with a green LED for sale over in the Marketplace, but the seller withdrew the light. I guess you could PM him, those lights are kind of rare, probably won't see another one around.

You could buy a Eagletac T20C2 Mark ii with Cree XP-E Green LED.

I recently purchased a Solarforce L2P host along with the green XR-E drop-in. Nice light for the money.
