I wanna get another McGizmo haiku.. I wanna put an xm-l2 into it and keep the same UI as stock but id like a one amp high beam. Anybody got suggestions for a driver or should the stock one be modified? Maybe id be better off sending someone the stock light engine - are any of you interested in doing something like this?

I have my Sundrop Nichia083 modified by Vinhnguy54 for XML2 with new driver. I wanna to use the old McGizmo driver but he told me if I have to use original driver, the output would have minimal gain due to low current output ( I believe the driver could not be modified!?), he changed to another driver and have 1.4A current at max. The new LE was very bright and hot. It was tricky to put the LE back into the housing( bezel) and result to a small gap between the bezel and body!
