Have you ever ordered from Reflectalite?

I placed an order to Reflectalite on Jan 3rd via their website for some GH24 Lamps. I received notification of receipt of payment via email the following day a long with note stating the lamps would ship via airmail on 6 January. Here it is 16 January and still no lamps? Their definition of airmail is a little different than mine I guess. I live halfway between Seattle, WA & Vancouver, BC should I be concerned yet?

It has only been 5 business days. I would not get too excited yet. Reflactalite has been very good to me.

I think mine took about two weeks. I know many have ordered from this company and I have not heard of any problems. Yes, air mail can be confusing when we have palces like Federal Express. But just think of air mail as oppposed to slow boat mail.

I've ordered from them a couple of times. Speed of service was excellent. Today, of course is Sunday and tomorrow the post office is off for MLK B-Day. I bet it comes Tuesday.
