HDS led mod help

I have an hi cri hds ra it has a lovely beam and is brilliantly made but I was thinking of getting it modified to either a tri led set up (if such a thing is possible) or a more powerful single Led I do not need the high cri but would like to keep the warm type of led, is there any modders available who could do this for me as I do not want to wreck the flashlight!

Has anyone modded an HDS Ra Clicky 180T with an XML? Would i need to change the driver too?

Still looking for a modder of HDS looking for an XML upgrade, I am not sure if the driver needs to be upgraded.

You don't need to change the driver. Be aware that the beam profile will be changed, it won't throw anymore. You'll gain output for sure but in terms of flood, you won't have a well defined hotspot like you actually have.
