Simple question, is the zebra H600 to bulky or heavey to wear comfortably as a headlamp? Does this light come with the headband?

It comes with a headband. Although it is much heavier than the H50s and H501s I was used to, it is not heavy at all. I forget it is on when wearing a stocking hat, and it has hit the floor 3 times when I forgot it was there when coming inside. It does not come with the non-headband hardware the H60 came with.

I was amazed at how much lighter it is than the sc600(w). Given that, it's pretty bouncy if you are active (running, etc) and you'll need to (minimally) consider doubling the band through the holder in order to have it be secure. But given the power, it is totally acceptable...

not too bulky at all..I added a top strap from a 1$ store headlamp and it made it a lot more stable..I have an h31 also and while the h600 is bigger and slightly heavier it's barely noticeable.

Again, its fine.

I use mine 100% as a head lamp, with the band doubled through the holder it is just fine. Ive worn it skiing, hiking, biking, working all fine. I havent extensively "ran" with it, though.

I think the best upgrade for it would simply be swaping the head band out for another companys, mammut, bd, petzl ect. The matieral of the actual head band itself is the only problem there is with the H600.

I absolutely love mine and still reccomend it.
