I am not sure what batch these are from however I just received mine as a second unit from this sale.It is a very nice LSH-P and it does have the lines with a little mis match on the anodizing.It is an incredible bargain as the beam is pure white with a great spot and nice corona.Best 50 dollars I have spent in a long time.
Also got a 5 dollar twistie cap.Man was I ever missing out on these.This light is incredible with this addition even if it is bare aluminum.Much smaller than I thought and a lot lighter.I would recommend adding one to your order if you do not have one.At 4.95 it is a great deal.
I do have an AAA premium with the circuit problem however I am totally happy with my 2 LS models and will probably try to get one more just as a keep sake for they are soon to be gone.

How would you compare the beam of your LSH with your LSL?

Would the LSH work as well for close up stuff?

THe LSH still has a good bit of side spill, so its still very usable for closeup work.

Unless you ONLY want to use it for closeup work, I would suggest the LSH.
Gives you a bit a throw when you need it.

My 2nd from several weeks ago is a LSH-P with stripes, and a gorgeous beam. It is #2067.
More recent one has no stripes, and is LSH-S #504. Not as nice as the LSH-P, but still a great light.
Either way, awesome bang for the buck.
I may get another one, too, so I can keep up with Robocop /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
Have to keep trying, since his LSH-P second is a little brighter than mine /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif
I have two 2nds, and my girlfriend has my only 1st. She seems to like the idea of that for some reason...

I really want to get an LSH-P second, but obviously with seconds it's a lottery. I already have a couple LSHs and an LSL so I don't really need (need what a silly word) another of those.
