Heatsinks for Maglite \'D\' Flashlights
I had a bunch of heatsinks made up, which will press right into a D cell Maglite. You can mount the Luxeon Star LED on this heatsink, and wire it up. Than put the 30mm optics on top of it, and screw down the head until the lens touches the optics. The lens holds the optics in place. No need for the reflector.
