Helmet lighting

I ride my MTB off road at night, I have been using 2 Fenix LD20 R4 lights, one on the bike and one on the helmet.

I have moved both of these to the bike and was about to buy 3 more ld20s for the helmet. I just came across the TK40 and now I'm not sure what to do.

The TK40 is slightly cheaper than 3 LD20s, but will be a bit heavier.

What do you guys think?

Why not Magicshine with helmet mount?

I'd prefer to stay with AA powered lights. Sometimes I forget to charge my batteries but I always have a pack of AAs in my backpack.
